At Merkury Smart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart home technology; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
